Ryve simply provides suggested price ranges based on typical market conditions — but the final price is always up to the rider and the driver
For safety and transparency, drivers using the Ryve platform can enable optional tools such as live ride-tracking and in-car camera feeds (when they have their own compatible camera installed). Riders can choose to share these live feeds with trusted contacts during their trip, giving everyone more visibility and peace of mind.

None. What you see is what you pay. Comfort is always included, and any fees are shown upfront. We don’t use surge pricing, but if it’s busy, you can choose to offer your driver a higher fare to get picked up faster - always optional, always your choice.

Yes. You can modify or cancel your ride directly in the app. If you cancel within the first 5 minutes, there’s no fee. After that, your driver may request a cancellation fee based on how far they’ve traveled, but some drivers may choose to waive the fee entirely.
ID verification is only needed if you want to pay with cash. It’s quick and easy, protecting both drivers and riders.

The Ryve app is available on both iOS and Android.Download it from the App Store or Google Play, create your profile, set your preferences, and you’re ready to ride or drive.
Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login screen to reset it securely.Follow the instructions sent to your email or phone number.
